The Rosette is a large pub located in Newby, a northern suburb of Scarborough, and is one of the "Sizzling Pubs" chain. This is a two-roomed pub with a front tap room separated into a drinking and games area with the large rear eating area to the rear. An extensive menu is offered, with meals served all day. There is a spacious outdoor drinking area together with a children's play area and at the side is a covered smoking area. The weekly quiz is held on Thursday nights. Real ales are cask marque apporoved. Dogs are welcome in the front bar.
