Opening in 2015 the Old Post Office Tavern is a welcome addition to the Scarborough CAMRA Branch rural pub scene. Located on the A170 Scarborough to Pickering road this former village post office has been converted into a cosy single-roomed pub which encourages good old fashioned conversation. Quiz night takes place on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Four regularly changing guest beers are offered, predominantly sourced from Yorkshire microbreweries, together with many real ciders. Bar snacks and selected evening meals are available. Opening time for bank holiday Mondays is 12 to 7pm. Winter hours commence 1st September. Local CAMRA Rural Runner Up Pub of the Year 2017 and winner of the Rural Cider Pub of the Year 2017.
